discreet packaging with tracked delivery to your door or local collection point. Below

Preparation for shipping normally takes 1-3 business days after payment. The transportation may take 5-8 business days or 8-12 business days and the specific delivery time shall be subject to the logistics.

Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail.

There will be no reshipping arrangement made in case parcels are returned for wrong addresses, incomplete addresses and returned due to unavailability.

Our store prices are shown in your local currency, but in USD when you checkout. All transactions will be handled in USD through Paypal or Stripe at the checkout page.

Packages are automatically available for detailed tracking. If you choose this service, you will be sent an email once your package has been shipped containing the tracking number and link needed to track the location of your order as it is sent to you.

We provide discreet delivery in boring brown boxes and envelopes so nobody knows what’s inside.

At Xfondir, we’re not happy unless you are, which is why we offer a 60 day easy returns policy. We also offer a 1 year product guarantee.

If you’re out when your package is delivered, your mail person or courier will leave a card scheduling another attempt or telling you where you to pick up your order.
If your package is taken to the nearest courier depot, you can collect it or arrange for it to be redelivered.

You can track the status of your order via the tracking link we sent you in an email, but if your parcel is more than 5 business days overdue, please contact us.
